Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the 40 days of Lent Season.  It is the season of penance, reflection, and fasting which prepares us for Christ’s Resurrection on Easter Sunday, through which we attain redemption.During these 40 days, the Lord Jesus Christ invites us to walk with Him to Calvary repenting from our sins.

Pongal Celebration

13th Jan 2013- 'Pongal’ is an age old tradition of south Indians, commemorating the end of the harvest season and a gesture of thanks giving to the blessings that they have received during the course of the year. This proud tradition was continued by the Indian migrants who settled down in the Peninsular Malaysia tenths of years ago. Similar to many other vernacular traditions that was opted into the practices of Christianity, the tradition of thanksgiving through the act of celebrating ‘Pongal’ was continued by individuals who embodied Christianity. Nowadays it has become a yearly celebration honouring the visitation of baby Jesus by the three kings.

Christmas Celebration

24th Dec 2012- This year the Christmas Eve was celebrated with the sweet serenade by our church youths. As we hear the joyful Christmas Carol “Silent Night, Holy Night”, the feeling of hope and joy fills the aura in church. When all the lights in the church were switched off and three youths holding lit up candles, each walking from the three aisle of church with the serenade of ‘Silent Night, Holy Night’ indeed reminds each and every one present, the significance of the birth of Jesus Christ to the world; ‘A light has come to the world’.

 Our Church Launched the Year of Faith & Celebrated Migrants’ Sunday

Confirmation Camp 2012

07 Oct, APC- Approximately 80 parishioners who serve as the coordinators and the executive committee members of various ministries in our parish attended the annual parish pastoral assembly. Contrary to the normal process of the assembly as done in the past, this year the parish assembly was carried out in a way that the leaders were informed on the direction The Church is taking this year with the Year of Faith and what are the efforts as well as aspirations of the leaders to the church in regards to the year of faith.
